This policy covers the public IntellixAnalytics website. Product deployments, pilots, customer environments, contracted services, and processing of education or student data may be governed by separate privacy, security, data-processing, and contractual terms.

This Policy Applies to the IntellixAnalytics Public Website.
It applies to personal information associated with visiting the website, communicating with IntellixAnalytics through website-provided contact methods, and requesting information or a demonstration.
For the public-website processing described in this policy, IntellixAnalytics determines the purposes and means of that processing and acts as the website operator and, where applicable, the controller or equivalent responsible organization under applicable privacy law.
This policy does not by itself govern information processed through separately contracted IntellixAnalytics products, implementations, pilots, services, or customer-controlled environments.

Website form and security service providers
IntellixAnalytics may use third-party service providers to operate public-website forms and protect them from spam, fraud, automated submissions, and other abusive activity. These providers may process information as necessary to provide the relevant website, form-processing, security, or communication services, subject to their applicable contractual terms and privacy obligations.
The Request a Demo form is designed to support external form processing and anti-abuse protection. Where Formspree is enabled, information submitted through the form may be transmitted to and processed by Formspree for the purpose of delivering the submission to IntellixAnalytics and supporting related form operations.
Where Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, limited technical information about your browser, device, network connection, and interaction with the website may be processed to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated or abusive traffic and to support security, fraud-prevention, and abuse-prevention purposes.
The public website is not designed to sell personal information to advertisers or to support cross-site behavioral advertising. If IntellixAnalytics materially changes these practices, the applicable notices and controls will be reviewed and updated before or when required by law.
Personal Information Is Retained According to Purpose and Need.
IntellixAnalytics does not intend to retain public-website personal information, including demo requests and business inquiries, longer than reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or another lawful purpose.

- whether an ongoing or prospective business relationship exists;
